We need to collect some personal information about you and your health in order to make sure there is no contraindications to your treatment. You can of course refuse to provide the information, however unfortunately we would have to refuse your treatment as this is a legal
requirement for our insurance.

We have a legal obligation to retain your records for seven years after your most recent appointment. However, if you are a minor, the law regarding children’s data is that records must be kept until you are 25 years of age. After this time your records will be destroyed in a method compliant with GDPR.

Your phone number and email may be used electronically, with your permission. This is for appointment reminders or occasional offers.
If you wish to contact us by social media, this is password protected and only

If making a booking online, you will be asked to provide your bank details to secure the booking. All bank details stored on our system is secure and password protected. These details are only accessible to the staff at Manor House Hotel & Spa.
To prevent no shows and last minute cancellations, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, if the incorrect amount of notice is not given we will retain 100% of your fee. If you have not shown up to your appointment a fee worth 100% of the treatment will be retained.
When booking an appointment over the phone, you must provide your bank details to
complete the booking. If this is not completed at the time of booking your
appointment will be automatically cancelled.
We will never share your data with anyone who does not need to access without your consent. Only the manager and staff of Manor House Hotel & Spa, will have access to your data.
You have the right to see what personal data of yours we hold and you can also ask the owner of Manor House Hotel & Spa to correct any factual errors. Provided the legal minimum period has elapsed, you may also ask the business to erase your records.
