However, if you are a minor, the law regarding children’s data is that records must be kept until you are 25 years of age. To prevent no shows and last minute cancellations, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, if the incorrect amount of notice is not given we will retain 100% of your fee. If you have not shown up to your appointment a fee worth 100% of the treatment will be retained.
When booking an appointment over the phone, you must provide your bank details to
complete the booking. If this is not completed at the time of booking your
appointment will be automatically cancelled.
