Spa membership is £65.00 per month, per person, paid pro rata, there is also a £15.00 joining fee for new members.
There is a 10% discount for paying annually please speak to the Spa reception team for more information.
All members must be 18 years or over.
Current members will remain at the fee agreed on joining. However we do reserve the right in the future to alter the fee as long as notice is given to all involved.

Membership Fee’s and Contract Terms
Joining & Pro Rata fees are to be paid in full on the day of joining. The subscriptions for members may be paid for in either the form of an advanced annually or monthly direct debt payments. Spa direct debit membership is £65.00 per month, per person, paid pro rata, there is also a £15.00 joining fee for new members, including all previous members regardless of any period of cancelation. Advanced annual membership is £702 per person, this fee includes a 10% discount and does not include a joining fee. All members must be 18 years or overand agree to the minimum term of 3 months when paying via direct debit and 12 months when paying in advance for the year,memberships are non-transferable, you can cancel at any time after the 3 months contract period we just ask that you give us 1 months’ notice. All pro rata fees and annual payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend anymembership at any time. When re-joining if any outstanding membership fees are owed from cancelation within the contracted periodthis must be paid in advance with any joining and pro rata fees, failure to pay will result in membership being rejected. All members must sign up to the ‘Trybe’ app to sign into the spa on each visit, if you are unable to access the app we can supply a membership card,replacement of lost or damaged card will result in a £5 administration charge.
Membership General Information

Towels and robes are availableto hire per visit at a cost of £3.00 – per towel and £7.00 per robe. For children’s access (under 16s) the price is £7.50 per child, swim times are 8am-9am and 6pm-7pm, 7days per week, under 16s must be always accompanied by a full paying adult member. The ratio for child to adult is as follows; Under 5's - 1 adult to 1 child. Ages 5 - 8 years - 1 adult to 2 children. Age 8 to 15 years 1 adult to 3 children. Manor Hotel& Spa has a non-smoking policy. For those who wish to smoke, you will find designated smoking areas outside the building. Will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury, or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property,and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees, or agents. We do not supply any form of footwear during visits to the spa, you must bring some non-slip, waterproof footwear with you during your visit. Physical Activity
Members are responsible for monitoring their own physical ability condition throughout any activity at the club and should any unusualsymptoms occur, they must immediately: refrain from participating in the activity until otherwise instructed and inform spa staff of the symptoms experienced. The member accepts that they enter any activity at the club entirely at their own risk. The member furtheraccepts that they will hold blameless the Manor Spa, its health and fitness specialists, instructors, or any other employees, servants, or agents (including any independent contractor) for any damages resulting from, but not limited to injury or death incurred during or arisingfrom any activity untaken at the club. The member will comply with all the rules relating to the use of gymnasium, swimming pool andother facilities, copies of which are for viewing in and around the club.I have read and understand the above and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of membership and the rules and regulations set by theManor House Hotel and Spa. I will not hold the Manor House Hotel and Spa responsible or liable of any action or event resulting from breach or any guest introduced by a person covered by this membership. I understand that all Manor House Hotel and Spa advance membership are for aminimum of 12 months and that if I am paying the fees by direct debt, I agree to pay a minimum of 3 instalments and any payment in advanceor pro rate payment, I understand that the fees are non-refundable.
